For technical support related queries, please be at your computer when you call and be prepared to provide your Member ID, your operating system version(such as Windows 8),and any error messages you receive. If possible, please call us from a phone line that is not connected to your computer. To ensure quick and accurate resolution, you may be asked to connect and verify if the issue you are calling about is resolved.
