Power Light is Off / Blinking Green / Red
To solve this problem:
1. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged in to both the modem and the wall socket, that any extra devices (i.e. surge protectors, extension cords) and the wall socket are working properly (plug in a different device to confirm).
Note for Wireless Modems: Make sure that the power button is switched to On. Insert the power adapter pin completely inside the modem so the silver pin is not shown outside.
2. Do a “Hard reset” of the modem by pushing the reset button for 10 seconds to completely reboot the modem.
