Connect on Demand - FAQs

When I click on a link, am I taken to that page or the NetZero start page?
When you make a request to view a specified Web page, such as clicking a link from a Word document, you will be taken directly to that page when your connection is established. If you click on the Internet Explorer icon, you will be taken to your specified Home Page once Online.

Will Connect on Demand connect with any Member ID and password in the Connection box?
When Connect on Demand is enabled and a link is selected, the software will automatically start dialing into NetZero with the Member ID that is in the Welcome screen. The last account that was used to access the Internet is the one that will be connected through Dial on Demand.
