What will happen if I change my phone number or move to a new location?
NetZero DSL service is activated for a specified phone number at a fixed location and is non-transferable. Remember that you can continue to access the Internet using the back-up Dial-up service from almost anywhere as long as your NetZero DSL service remains active. However if you need to cancel the NetZero DSL service for your current phone number and location, please contact us or click here for additional support information.
If you want to have NetZero DSL activated on a new phone number or location, you can simply signup again online by going to http://register.netzero.net. Note that you will need to cancel your existing DSL service before you can re-signup for service again.
