I just received the pre-paid return label from NetZero, what should I do now?

The DSL return kit contains a padded shipping envelope and a pre-paid UPS shipping label. There will be no cost to you to ship the kit back to us.

To ensure proper delivery and quick handling of your return kit:

1. Pack the DSL modem and power supply in either your original box packaging or in the supplied padded shipping envelope. NOTE: Please do not include any payments or customer correspondence. The envelope or original packaging should only contain your DSL modem and power supply.
2. Seal the box or the shipping envelope and apply the pre-addressed peel-and-stick UPS shipping label.
3. Drop the package off at any UPS drop-off location. Click here to find the nearest drop off location or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).

Be sure to carefully pack your DSL modem and power supply as instructed to avoid any charges for missing or damaged parts. You must ship your DSL modem within 10 days of the postmark on the return kit.
