I recently cancelled the NetZero DSL service. Do I qualify for a refund and if so, how long does it take to receive it?

The 30-day money back guarantee applies to accounts that are cancelled within 30 days from the date the DSL service was activated on the phone line.

Depending on the billing date of your NetZero account, you can expect refunds to be reflected on your account within 1-2 billing cycles.
