If I discontinue the NetZero DSL service, can I keep the NetZero DSL modem?

Yes, if you've been a member in good standing for more than a month you may keep your DSL modem. However, if you cancel your service before the end of your commitment you will be charged a cancellation fee based on your plan.

To determine the cancellation fee you would incur based on your NetZero DSL plan:

  1. Click on the My Account tab on the NetZero DSL Web site or visit
  2. From the main My Account page, select Account Summary.
