There are two ways that NetZero members can access email: Message Center, or through a dedicated email program (such as Outlook Express).

What are the advantages of Message Center?

With NetZero Message Center, you can access your email from around the world! Whether you're at work, at home, on vacation, or anywhere else with an Internet-connected computer, your email address is the same and your account is always accessible.

By using Message Center, you can read and write email messagesdirectly from your mailbox without having to use a separate email program. Just remember that your mailbox will fill up over time, so be sure to delete unwanted messages.

What are the advantages of using a dedicated email program?

Using an email program like Outlook Express to check your NetZero email using POP is useful because you are able to download messages directly to your computer, thus freeing up space in your mailbox. You can also read and write messages without having to be connected to the Internet when you use POP mail.
