Saving your Password - Microsoft Outlook Express 4.x

If you have already set up your account according to our email setup on our Web page http://www.netzero.net/support/email/email_setup_msoex4.html, the password should already be saved. If your password is not saved and Outlook Express consistently prompts you for a password, please follow the directions below:

  1. On the Toolbar, click on the Send and Receive button.
  2. In the Password text box, enter your password.
  3. Ensure that the Remember Password box is checked.
  4. Click OK to exit.

Your password will be remembered the next time you click on the Send and Receive button.
