Can I use Video Mail over dial-up?

Yes. NetZero Video Mail works with all levels of NetZero Internet service - from Free connection all the way to our DSL service, however, Video Mail works best with a broadband connection.

If you're a dial-up user, you'll record and view Video Mail at the Dial-Up setting, which has a smaller screen size and slightly lower resolution than the Broadband setting. You have the option of changing the record or view settings to Broadband by clicking on the Video Quality button on the bottom-right of the record or view screen.
