Can I chat with someone who doesn't have a Webcam?
Yes. If the person you wish to chat with does not have a Webcam, they can still see and hear you (if they have Flash installed on their computers, and speakers) even if you can't see them. However, you will be able to hear them if they have a microphone, and you can also use the text chat option for Video Chat.
