Can I use Video Chat with a dial-up connection?

NetZero Video Chat works with all levels of NetZero Internet service - from Free connection all the way to our DSL service, however, Video Chat works best with a broadband connection.

If you're a dial-up user, you may experience choppy or inconsistent video images during your chat. This is a function of the connection speed, and not a problem with either your Webcam or the Video Chat system.
