Can I do Video Chat with non NetZero members?

Yes. You can Video Chat with anyone who has a valid email address, since the Video Chat interface is Web-based (click here to learn more about initiating Video Chat). When your friend gets the invitation to chat, they click on a link taking them to the NetZero Video Chat page. In order to see and hear the person you wish to chat with, they will need a Webcam and will have to have Adobe Flash player version 8 or higher installed on their computer.

However, you do need to be a NetZero member to initiate Video Chat. Click here to sign up for NetZero service.
