What do I do if I don't want to chat with someone?

If you're an NetZero member and you receive a Chat request but don't have the time or simply don't want to talk, your can either decline the request or ignore it.

If you decline a chat request, a message will be sent to the person sending you the invitation saying you are unable to chat at this time. If you ignore the chat request, the person sending the invitation will not receive any message.

Non NetZero members do not have the option of declining a Video Chat request.
