What are the System Requrements?

To use Video Chat, your computer must meet the system requirements for NetZero service. You will also need:

Internet Browser: In order to access and use Video Chat, you need to have one of the following Internet Browser versions installed on your computer:

• Internet Explorer 6 and above
• FireFox 1.5 and above
• Safari 1.2 and above

Adobe Flash: To initiate and participate in Video Chat, you need to have Adobe Flash 8 or above. If you do not have Adobe Flash, you will be prompted to download it when you go attempt to engage in a Video Chat.

Webcam and/or Microphone: To participate in Video Chat you will need a Webcam and/or a microphone. Most Webcams come with a built in microphone. If you do not have a webcam, but do have a microphone, you can do an audio-only chat.
