I am having problems viewing the person on the other end of the chat.

If you can't see the person on the Video Chat screen, confirm that their Webcam is working properly, and that it is properly configured to work with Adobe Flash Player.

If you are still having problems seeing the person you are chatting with, check to be sure your Internet connection is still active by trying to visit a new Web page.
