Common Errors / Solutions
There is a limit of 6 time slots that you can select for Instant On to gather information. If you do not connect manually after the 6th connection, Instant On will stop running and no information will be gathered. You must then connect manually to reset Instant On. If you need to remove Time Slots, follow the instructions below:
To Remove Time Slots:
- Double-click the NetZero icon on your desktop.
- Click Settings.
- Click Instant On.
- In the box under My Times, select a time period you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
