Common Connection Errors / Solutions
If you have more than one copy of NetZero installed on your computer, you will get a Configuration Error message when you start up NetZero.
This error message is mostly harmless, and clicking on the OK button will allow the program to continue loading and bring up your logon screen. If, however, you want to get rid of the error, you will need to uninstall and erase all copies of NetZero from your computer and reinstall the latest version.
