Error 08: NetZero has encountered a problem with the Windows Operating System. Restarting your computer may correct this problem.

To resolve Error 08, please follow the steps below:

A. To Restart a computer

B. To Uninstall and Reinstall NetZero

Un-installing NetZero

1. Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Click once on NetZero Internet to highlight it and click on the Add/Remove button.
4. Click OK and OK again to close the Control Panel.

Re-installing NetZero

1. Click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
2. Double-click on Local Disk C:
3. Double-click on NetZeroInstaller.
4. Double-click on NetZeroHSSetup.exe or NetZeroSetup.exe to begin re-installing NetZero.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete re-installing NetZero.
