Proxy Server Problems - Internet Explorer

This page applies to Mac OS 9 users only.

If your browser is set to use a proxy, you might experience connection problems while using NetZero. Such problems can be easily remedied by disabling proxies in your default browser.

Internet Explorer 5 Users:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. From the Edit menu, select Preferences...
  3. Scroll down to the Network section on the left, and select Proxies.
  4. Make sure only the box next to Use Web Proxy for all is checked.
  1. Click OK to exit.

You should now be able to view all Web sites through NetZero.
