Common Connection Errors / Solutions Time to Upgrade You have reached a support page that no longer applies to the latest version of NetZero. Please upgrade your software. The page you are trying to access deals with an error message or situation that arose in older versions of the NetZero software. If you upgrade to the latest version of NetZero, you should not have further problems. Note: Write these steps down or print them out so that you can refer to them easily. - Download the latest version of NetZero by clicking on the button below:

- On the File Download window, click Save.
- You will be asked to choose a directory. From the drop down menu, select Desktop so that the download file will be easy to locate.
- Once the download is complete, disconnect from NetZero.
- You will need to uninstall your current version of NetZero.
Note: Write down your NetZero memberid and password for future reference. - Click on the Windows Start button, select Settings and click on Control Panel.
- Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Click once on NetZero to select it, then click on the Add/Remove button to un-install.
To install the latest version of NetZero: - Find the location where you saved your NetZeroSetup.exe.
(Your desktop - if you chose this location in Step 3.) - Double-click on the NetZeroSetup.exe file.
- Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
Your NetZero upgrade is now complete.
