How can I cancel my NetZero pay service?

We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel our service.

If you are experiencing problems preventing you from properly using our service, then perhaps we can help resolve the issue. Below is a list of our most common troubleshooting solutions.

Troubleshooting Issues
I cannot obtain a stable connection with NetZero
Connection Error (691) You appear to have entered an invalid Member ID and/or password.
How do I set up my email account?

If you would like to cancel your account, please call our toll-free billing support number at 1-800-851-7908.

When you call, be prepared to provide your NetZero Member ID and last 4 digits of your credit card or Platinum account number for verification purposes.
