Can I get email if I go beyond 10 hours?

When your household reaches the 10-hour limit, your Internet access will be restricted to pages within the main NetZero site.

This means that unless you sign up for one of our pay services, you won't be able to access Web mail sites such as Yahoo and Hotmail, both of which are found outside the NetZero Web site. You can, however, continue to receive NetZero email through an email program such as Outlook Express.

If you choose not to pay for extended access, you can simply wait until the next month begins, at which time you'll be able to connect and access your Web mail.
