How do I change my Toll-Free billing preferences?

To turn metered billing on or off simply visit your account page at http://account.netzero.net and click on Toll-Free Billing Preferences.

Once you've changed your metered billing status, you must disconnect from NetZero and then reconnect to activate the change. It may take as long as 15 minutes before the update takes effect.
