New User Guide for Former Earthlink Members Now that you've made the switch to NetZero, you will notice certain differences in the way you access different Internet features. A. Where's my email? There are several different ways to access email with NetZero. The easiest and most common way is to use NetZero Message Center. With Message Center, you can access your account to read, write, and send email. To get to Message Center: - You can easily access all of your email folders and options by clicking the "Message Center" tab from my.netzero.net

B. How do I inform friends and family about my new NetZero email address? If you are running version 4.x of the NetZero software, you can use the Email Change of Address Kit located in the Options menu within the ZeroPort / NetZero Platinum Toolbar.
