In order to remain competitive in the wireless market and continue to offer the best service possible for our members, we have slightly modified our fee structure for our wireless subscribers. The activation fee is a one-time charge that applies when you purchase a new device at the time of sign-up and will be added to your total at checkout. It allows us to pre-activate your device and ship it to you, ready to use. This fee does not apply if the device is defective or if you sign up for service with a compatible device.
