How do I connect to the Internet?
If you have a NetZero Stick™: - Plug your NetZero Stick into an open USB port.
- Wait a brief moment while the device searches for a signal and automatically connect to the network. For some models of the NetZero Stick, a connection manager software may prompt you to click the Connect button.
If you have a NetZero HotSpot™, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE: - Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on.
- Wait a brief moment while the device searches for a signal and automatically connect to the NetZero network. It is recommended that when using either device at home, you either have it plugged in to an electrical socket, or connected to your computer, in order to ensure that the battery doesn't get drained.
- If you previously set up or already connected your WiFi-enabled device to the NetZero HotSpot, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE, it should connect automatically. If you haven't yet set up your Wi-Fi-enabled device or to set up additional WiFi-enabled devices to connect to the NetZero HotSpot, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE, click here.
If you have a NetZero 4G Home Modem: - Plug in the power cord. There is no power button and the device will automatically turn on.
