The NetZero wireless signal works similar to a cell phone and needs the signal to come through indoors to establish a good connection. If you aren't getting as strong a connection to the NetZero network as you think you ought to, you can try these tips to help improve your signal reception. - If you can, move to an area with a better signal strength inside your building or home. Different areas indoors can receive varying signal strengths depending on the direction it faces relative to the position of our transmission towers.
- Find a window or a location where there are fewer walls between you and the exterior of your building or home.
- Position your NetZero device at least three feet from other electronic devices or appliances such as a gaming console, cell phone, cordless home phone, microwave oven, satellite receiver, etc.
- Sometimes, your Internet browsing experience can slow down due to reduced system performance. It also helps to regularly clear out your browser Cache and Temporary files.
