How can I get more data? NetZero members receive a specified amount of data each month based on their service plan subscription. If you consume and run out of your data allotment for the current billing period, you have the following options: - Wait for the next monthly data allotment to be credited. Your monthly data allotment will be credited when your next billing period begins. For example, if your billing date is on January 5, the monthly data will be credited to your account every 5th of the month. There are also other options available if you would like to use the service before the next billing period begins.
- Top-up Data. A data top-up can be used within 15 minutes of purchase and is valid for 30 days. You can purchase additional data increments depending on your service plan subscription. Click here to log in to your Account page and view available top-up options.
- Upgrade monthly service plan. Upgrading your monthly service plan will provide you with additional data within 15 minutes of the order. Your account will be credited the additional data amount for the remainder of the current billing period. When the next billing period begins, your account will be credited with the data amount for the upgraded service plan.
