How do I connect to the Internet?

Once you've connected your devices to the NetZero 4G HotSpot network, all you need to do to connect to the Internet is to turn on the NetZero 4G HotSpot, and start surfing.

Since it uses a Wi-Fi signal, the NetZero 4G HotSpot does not have to be directly connected to your device for you to connect to the Internet. However, we recommend that when using the NetZero 4G HotSpot at home, you either have it plugged in to an electrical socket, or connected to your computer, in order to ensure that the battery doesn't get drained.
