How can I check my coverage?

There are two ways you can check the wireless coverage at your location.

For a quick look to see whether you're getting wireless coverage, just check the LCD screen of the NetZero HotSpot to see how many bars are on the signal strength meter. If there are five bars (all bars lit) then you're getting a strong wireless signal and have good coverage. If there are no bars lit, then you are not receiving a signal, and may not have any coverage in your area.

For a more detailed view of the coverage in your area, or to check for coverage if you're traveling to a specific location, you'll need to consult the Coverage Map page. This map displays coverage anywhere in the U.S., and allows you to zoom in and out from as close as one block to the entire country.
