If you aren't getting as strong a connection with your NetZero HotSpot as you think you ought to, you can try these tips to boost your signal reception. - Check the signal strength on LCD screen. If you don't see at least three bars, you should try moving to another location.
- Clean up your browser by clearing out your Cache and Temporary files (click here for help).
- Try moving the NetZero HotSpot to a location at least three feet away from other electronic devices, particularly those that either use or generate a wireless signal, such as gaming consoles, cell phones, wireless home phones, satellite receivers, etc.
- If you can, move to an area with a better signal strength, or closer to a tower. You can check for tower locations and coverage area by looking at the coverage map.
