I forgot or need to reset my NetZero 4G HotSpot SSID and Password If you've forgotten your NetZero 4G HotSpot SSID and password, just turn it on, or wake up the display by pressing the power button. Your ID and password will be shown on the LCD screen. If you've changed your SSID or password and forgotten them, you will need to reset your NetZero 4G HotSpot to the factory settings. Please note that if you reset your NetZero 4G HotSpot, you will need to re-add all of your Wi-Fi devices to the network using the new SSID and password. To reset the NetZero 4G HotSpot: - Find the Mute button on the right-hand side of the NetZero 4G HotSpot.
- Find the small hole (about 1 mm diameter), near the mute.
- Insert a thin object (such as a thumbtack, paper clip, or tip of a pen) into the hole and hold for 5 seconds
- Follow the instructions on the LCD screen.
Remember, if you changed your SSID and/or password and then reset your NetZero 4G HotSpot you will have to repeat the network setup process for all Wi-Fi enabled devices. Click here for instructions on creating your NetZero 4G HotSpot network.
