What is the NetZero 4G HotSpot? The NetZero 4G HotSpot is a completely mobile wireless modem and local "hotspot" providing 4G broadband connection speed. It works like a cell phone with a built-in wireless router: A wireless signal is broadcast by towers all around the country, which are received by the NetZero 4G HotSpot, connecting you to the Internet, and providing an access point to which you can connect up to eight other Wi-Fi enabled devices. You don't need any wires, phone lines, satellite dishes, modems, or other wireless routers. Just turn it on and you can surf anywhere you receive a signal. We currently offer 4G coverage across many areas in the country. For a more detailed look at where we provide coverage, check our Coverage Map.
