What if I already have a NetZero Stick™?
You're only able to have one active NetZero Mobile Broadband device active at a time. In order to use your new device, you'll need to de-activate your current device, and activate the new one.

When you connect your new device to the Internet for the first time, you will be asked to log in with your NetZero account information. After logging in, you will be shown the option to activate your new device, or continue to use your old one. If you want to use the new device, click on Add/Activate New Device (it may take up to 15 minutes for our system to recognize your new device). If you decide to keep your old device activated, you'll need to use it to connect to the Internet.
