How do I connect with NetZero 4G Stick™? If you have a NetZero 4G Stick™ that has a bank of five LED lights at the top:- Plug your NetZero 4G Stick™ into an open USB port
- Wait for the LED lights to change from Blue to Amber, then cycle as the NetZero 4G Stick™ searches for a 4G signal
- When the LED lights change to Green, you're receiving a signal and connect to the Internet.
If you have a NetZero 4G Stick™ that doesn't have a row of LED lights at the top, you first need to install the NetZero 4G Stick™ Connection Manager. Click here for instructions. To connect to the Internet: - Plug your NetZero 4G Stick™ into an open USB port
- Start the Connection Manager, then click the Connect button.
Keep in mind that in order to connect, you need to be in our coverage area so the NetZero 4G Stick™ receives a signal. If your Connection Manager doesn't have any of the signal indicator dots lit up, you aren't receiving a wireless signal, and you will not be able to establish a connection.
