How do I connect with NetZero 4G Stick™?

1. Plug your NetZero 4G Stick™ into an open USB port
2. Wait for the LED lights to change from Blue to Amber, then cycle as the NetZero 4G Stick™ searches for a 4G signal
3. When the LED lights change to Green, you're receiving a signal and connect to the Internet.

If you have a NetZero 4G Stick™ that doesn't have a row of LED lights at the top, you first need to install the NetZero 4G Stick™ Connection Manager. Click here for instructions.

To connect to the Internet:

1. Plug your NetZero 4G Stick™ into an open USB port
2. Start the Connection Manager, then click the Connect button.

Keep in mind that in order to connect, you need to be in our coverage area so the NetZero 4G Stick™ receives a signal. If your Connection Manager doesn't have any of the signal indicator dots lit up, you aren't receiving a wireless signal, and you will not be able to establish a connection.
