I can't connect to the Internet

If you're having trouble connecting to the Internet, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Confirm that the NetZero service is available in your area. To check where service is available, click here.
    2. Make sure you're getting a good signal. To learn how to optimize your connection, click here.
    3. If you're using a Wi-Fi enabled device, verify that you have connected it to your NetZero network. For instructions on connecting your WiFi-enabled device to your NetZero network, click here.
    4. Check your account status and see if you have available data on your account. To view your account status and available data, click here to log in to your Account page.
