My connection keeps getting disconnected

If you're able to successfully connect to the Internet but experience intermittent disconnections, there are a few things you can check:
    1. Make sure you're getting a good signal. To learn how to optimize your connection, click here.
    2. If you're connected using a Wi-Fi enabled device, try to use it closer to the NetZero device. The range of the WiFi signal varies indoors as this may also be affected by obstructions or other electronics between your WiFi-enabled device and the NetZero device.
    3. If you're using a NetZero HotSpot, keep it plugged it in to an electrical socket, or connected to your computer, in order to ensure that the battery doesn't get drained.
    4. Check your account status and see if you have available data on your account. To view your account status and available data, click here to log in to your Account page.
