How to find and use our V.92 compatible access numbers

1. Go to the Access Number selection page at our website and enter in the phone number your modem is connected to. A list of access numbers that may be local will appear. You will see V.92 next to any numbers that are V.92 compatible. Write down the V.92 access numbers that may be local in your area.
2. Go into your NetZero software and change your access number to one of the V.92 numbers you have noted. Click here for specific instructions on how to change your access number.
3. Please check with your phone service provider to ensure that you will not incur any additional charges for your selected access numbers. You will be responsible for any such charges.
