My phone will not connect to the Internet Verify your iPhone® 4s is connected to the network using Safari.
Be sure mobile data is enabled. Some features and applications require a data connection to work properly. - From the home screen, select Safari.
- Try to browse to a web page.
- If the data connection fails, update the profile.
- From the home screen, select Phone.
- On the keypad, dial ##873283#, then select Call.
- Select OK.
- When the update is complete, select OK. Select the Home button to return to the home screen.
- The data profile is now updated.
Perform a soft reset
A soft reset reconnects your iPhone® 4s to the NetZero network. - From the home screen, press and hold the Power key and the Home key.
- Release the Power key and the Home key when the Apple logo appears.
- Your iPhone® 4s restarts.
- Test your device to see if the issue is resolved.
Enable/disable mobile data on your iPhone® 4s
You may wish to disable mobile data to improve battery life or while troubleshooting connectivity issues. - From the home screen, select the Settings icon.
- Select Cellular.
Note: If Cellular is not available in the Settings menu, select General, and then select Cellular. - Next to Cellular Data, select the toggle switch to enable or disable mobile data.
Note: If the Cellular Data setting is On, mobile data is enabled.
