Activate your phone

Porting in a new phone number

If you are porting or transferring your active phone number to the NetZero network:
  1. Complete the process of porting in your number on the following website: http://account.netzero.net/portnumber.
  2. Check your NetZero and alternate email addresses to verify that you have received the porting completion confirmation email with activation instructions (if porting fails, you will receive an email with instructions as well).
  3. Turn on your phone (if activation fails, re-start your phone and ensure battery is fully charged).

Activating your phone with a new phone number

If you are activating your phone with a phone number assigned by NetZero, simply turn on your phone. If activation fails, re-start your phone and ensure battery is fully charged.
