Transfer current phone to NetZero network Most phones can be transferred to the NetZero network. However, there are a variety of factors that can affect your phone's transfer eligibility, and only phones that are compatible with the Sprint network are eligible to be transferred.
During the sign-up process you will be able to check the eligibility of your device for service.
You will need to locate your device's ESN, MACID or MEID in order to check the eligibility. You can find this number by completing any of the following methods: - Check under your device's battery. Note: It may be listed as "DEC or HEX."
- Check in the settings menu:
- Android: Go to Settings > About device > Status
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About
- Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad – this will work for devices that are active only.
- Look for a sticker on the box your device came in.
