Data connection speeds for Unlimited Plans will be reduced when data usage exceeds 2 GB within a billing period. Customers will continue to have data access but maximum speeds may be limited per your plan to 2G speeds of 56-128 Kbps for the remainder of the plan cycle after the combined 3G/4G allotment has been reached. When the connection speed is reduced, customers will still be able to use basic Internet applications such as email and web browsing. The reduced connection speed will affect online applications that require faster downloads like streaming music and videos, and customers may experience slower page loads, file downloads and degraded streaming media. Connection speeds will be restored at the beginning of the next billing period or if data is topped up.
