Are roaming and international calling features included in the phone service? Roaming and outbound international calling are currently not available with the NetZero Phone service.
When you are roaming, as indicated by an “X” on the antenna icon of your phone, you will not be able to make an outbound call or receive any incoming calls.
When attempting to make an outbound international call, you will receive an error message explaining that this feature is not available. However, we do provide service for toll free numbers which can be accessed by most international calling cards.
