My memory card is full Verify you have available memory - From the home screen, select Settings.
- Scroll down and select Storage.
In the storage settings screen, under the SD card you will find the Total Space and Available Space. If the Available Space is nearing the Total Space of your SD card then you will have to save the data to your computer to free up Available Space.
Transfer media files using Windows computer - Connect the USB cable from the handset to the computer.
- Select Turn on USB storage.
- Read the message and select OK.
- On the computer, if an AutoPlay window appears, select Open folder to view files and click OK.
If the AutoPlay does not appear, you will have to select the appropriate Removable Disk from your computer. - A window will appear showing the contents of the MicroSD card installed in the handset.
Drag and drop the desired files into or out of the desired folders. Note: Most Pictures and Video files will be in DCIM > Camera. - Once the files are transferred, from the handset, select Turn off USB storage, and disconnect the USB cable.
Steps to clear application cache on your phone. Clearing the application cache removes temporary files and frees up memory - your personal settings or information remain intact. Be sure you clear only the application cache and not the application data. - From the home screen, select the Menu key.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Applications.
- Select Manage applications.
- Select the All tab.
- Scroll to and select the preferred application.
- Select Clear cache.
- You've now cleared the application cache.
