How do I order Satellite broadband if I already have NetZero Dial-up service?

If you've already confirmed that you are able to receive NetZero Satellite service to your home and want to switch from NetZero dial-up, you can do so online or over the phone. Click here to start placing your order for NetZero Satellite service,
or call 1-800-638-9376.

Please note: It will take up to two weeks before your NetZero Satellite service is installed, so you will have to continue to use your dial-up service until then.
