I am billed for $19.90 instead of $14.95. Why?

You may have recently signed up for Norton 360 on your NetZero HiSpeed account. If so, you were charged $4.95 for Norton 360 plus your standard $14.95 for NetZero HiSpeed: $14.95 + $4.95 = $19.90.
