I am billed for $16.90 instead of $9.95. Why?

You may have recently signed up for Norton 360 on your NetZero account. If so, you were charged $6.95 for Norton 360 plus your standard $9.95 for NetZero Platinum: $9.95 + $6.95 = $16.90.
