Error: 'I don't have sufficient privileges to change the parental controls'

This error would appear if a user with limited privileges tries to change or modify parental controls. You must be logged in as the Supervisor in order to turn on Parental Control.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the Norton Internet Security icon in System Tray.
2. Select Account Login.
3. In the Log On window, click OK.
