How do I configure the Blocked list?

Norton AntiSpam allows you to block emails from specific email addresses using the Block list.

To add an email to the Blocked list

  1. Start Norton Internet Security and click Settings in the Internet pane.
  2. Click on the AntiSpam row to expand.
  3. In the Blocked List row, click Configure.
  4. Click Add to add an email to Blocked List.

  5. If you want to add an email address to the Blocked list (i.e. name@netzero.com), select Email in the Address Type drop-down menu. Alternately, if you want to add an entire domain to the Blocked list (i.e. netzero.com), select Domain in the Address Type drop-down menu.




  1. Type a name in the Name text box.
  2. Enter the required information in the Address (required) text box.
    • If you are adding an email address, enter the address in the format: user@domain.com Example: name@netzero.com.
    • If you are adding a domain, enter the domain in the format: @domain.com Example: @netzero.com.
  3. Click OK to close the Add Email Address dialog box.
  4. Click OK to close the Blocked List window.
